CONNECTING WITH MY AUTHENTIC SELF

My confidence was at an all time low before meeting Jennifer, and I wasn’t feeling like myself. Jennifer took the time to get to know me as an individual and delved deep into understanding the way I think, behave, and react to certain situations.

Jennifer introduced me to journaling, which has made a huge difference to my anxiety levels. It’s provided me with a way to offload my thoughts and feeling, whilst understanding them more.
My time with Jennifer has led to me feeling more confident in myself, more authentic, and happier. I now feel like I’m leading an authentic life; I put myself first and value my own thoughts and feelings.
