We explore who we are & begin to understand our desires & how to fulfil them.
This programme supports you in creating your own rules to live by rather than trying to fulfil the rules of others. It is time to connect to you at a deep level, appreciate all that you are, it is dedicated to you, deep nourishing self-care at all levels
This Programme is designed to help you in finding your true expression by becoming aware of your body, your thoughts, your values, your patterns. By starting to re-engineer these to fit with your new rules. Whilst being totally supported accepted by your sisters
Over 4 weeks you will create a sacred contract with yourself & scared rituals to support you going forward. Simple everyday rituals that are easy to add into every day life.
Using the Elements, our Archetypes & tapping into the power of the Devine Goddesses.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
WEEK 1: Day 1 Opening & Intro Ceremony (3 hours) followed by 2 or 3 rituals that easily feed into your week
WEEK 2: Day 8 Ceremony & Sister Circle (2 hours) followed by 3 rituals that easily feed into your week
WEEK 3: Day 15 Ceremony (2 hours) followed by 3 rituals that easily feed into your week
Week 4: Day 22 Ceremony (2 hours) followed by 3 rituals that easily feed into your week
DAY 29 Closing Ceremony (1.5 hours)
